Meeting Times & Dates / Members

The Outreach Committee during 2010 meets the second Monday of the month at 7:00pm in the Harry Thomas Chapel (Parish House). Outreach is an open committee and all are welcome to attend and participate in the work of this committee.

The primary responsibility of the Outreach Committee is distribution and oversight of funds designated to the Committee for the support and betterment of organizations helping others who are less fortunate. Discussion during meetings often involves new requests for organizational support and matters relating to organizations we have supported in the past. Occasionally, we invite guests to make a presentation on behalf of their organization. The New Initiatives Program is especially exciting.

• May 16 - 30 - 2nd IHN hosting
• April 10 - VIM Fundraiser Breakfast in Fellowship Hall (Saturday: 8AM - Noon) This is a new date!
• May 1 - VIM Fundraiser Breakfast in Fellowship Hall (Saturday: 8AM - Noon)
• June 5 - Pedals for Progress Bicycle Collection
• June 5 - VIM Fundraiser Breakfast in Fellowship Hall (Saturday: 8AM - Noon)
• July 24 through 31 - VIM Trip - Mission at the Eastward in Western Maine (MATE)
• October 10th - CROP Walk - Expected date (still to be confirmed)
• January 9, 2011 - Annual VIM Dinner & Multimedia Slide Show
