Buildings & Grounds Committee


The committee is responsible for the maintenance, supervision, and protection of the physical properties of the church. It oversees the maintenance of the church buildings and grounds, including the cemetery, provide for insurance and all utilities, and keep the properties neat and safe. The committee is responsible for the use of the property by outside otganizations. It shall cooperate with the other committees to assure the wisest possible use of the property in carrying out the mission of the Church. It is responsible to Session for the working activities of the sextons and other persons engaged to work on the church property.




Meeting Dates & Times / Members


The Buildings & Grounds Committee meets the first Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm in the Parish House. Buildings & Grounds is an open committee and all are welcome to attend or help in the work of the committee. Stained Glass Windows of the South Wall


There are seven windows located in the back of the Sanctuary. The windows represent Christ, Mary and five apostles expressing the virtues of Obedience, Hope, Faith, Love, Courage and Steadfastness

The pews form a semi-circle and each row is elevated from the one in front





The Light of the World


High on the remaining three walls are large windows depicting Jesus' tomb, his resurrection, and ascension and his eternal presence as our savior.
