Worship Committee

The Worship Committee, together with the pastors, is responsible for the planning and presentation of the worship services of the Flemington Presbyterian Church. This oversight encompasses all aspects of the service including communion, baptism, music, ushering, flowers, special services, spiritual literature, prayer chain, prayer letter, advertising, and seasonal decorations.

Primary to the committee's responsibilities are the Sunday worship services.

The Sacrament of Communion

Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month, and the pastors are assisted in the distribution of the elements on a rotational basis by elders and deacons. Communion will also be served on Maundy Thursday and Easter Sunday at the 9:00 and 11:00 services.

Meeting Dates & Times / Members

The Worship Committee meets the first Thursday of the month at 7:00pm in the Parish House. Worship is an open committee and all are welcome to attend meetings or help in the work of the committee. If you would like more information on how you can participate, please contact Linda Bengston
